Lovely holiday house with private pool in Son Serra de Marina, Majorca North, perfect for families up to 6 people. The quiet village of Son Serra de Marina has a wonderful natural beach, which is nice for windsurfing. There are some good restaurants, a beach bar and a grocery shop. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to Can Picafort, a town with lots of services. Son Serra is nice for peaceful holidays with friends and family. The two-storey house has a private, 5 x 2 metres chlorine pool which is surrounded by a spacious terrace with 2 sun loungers and a parasol, a barbecue and an exterior shower. You can prepare great meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, including a vitro hob, dolce gusto coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The living-dining area is nice for a lazy afternoon, watching TV (satellite channels). On the first floor, there's a nice little living area with desk and fast internet, ideal if you've to work remotely. The house has free Wifi and 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, TV, double bed and wardrobe each. One bedroom come with a bathroom en-suite and there’s another, independent bath. You can park for free on the street. To consider: ETV/3852 There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, only during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email. The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
