La Punta Pericas has had a total reform this year. This pretty villa has a new American style kitchen, three bedrooms, two with en-suite and one double bedroom with access to a family bathroom with bathtub.
This pretty, private house, ideally located on a large plot in Pollensa, just a few minutes away from Puerto Pollensa and the famous bay of Cala San Vicente. La Punta Pericas is a single level house, therefore suitable for families with children or older people. The interior is fresh and modern, clean and comfortable.
There is an open plan living dining area with comfortable sofas and dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is also open plan with modern units, stainless steel fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. All of the bedrooms is air conditioned. There are also electric low consumption radiators for cooler weather at the beginning and end of the season.
There is a brick built barbecue area with dining table, perfect for alfresco dining. This area also has a shower room.
The villa also has a large covered terrace at the entrance with dining furniture and relaxing sofa. Sun beds surround the pool in beautifully maintained garden and there is a ping pong table for extra entertainment.

The location, the villa, the decor, the pool.....everything. The location was perfect, very close to supermarkets and jut a short drive to Puerto pollenca. The decor is lovely, it's very clean and has everything you need, and the pool is a great sizesee more

This is a pretty traditional stone house for 6 people with private pool. All set on one level Can Blanco is found in the peaceful countryside just outside of Pollensa Old town (approx. 2 km). Fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The open plan kitchen, dining, living area is very spacious and airy. The living area has comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and Wifi connection. This is an ideal hub to join together and plan your day, have breakfast and enjoy the garden views from the large windows. There are three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Both bathrooms are complete with bath/shower, toilet, bidet. Outside within the gardens there is a shaded furnished dining terrace with brick built barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The inviting swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers on the well-kept lawn. There is also a covered terrace for a game of ping pong. Can Pansa is ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa has recently been refurbished (2022) and has a stylish fresh look. The accommodation is all on the ground floor with three bedrooms, one double and two twins all with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, a large lounge-dining area and a separate kitchen. There is also a utility area with washing machine and access to the terrace by the pool. There is a covered dining terrace with relaxing sofas, an ideal area for al fresco dining or an afternoon siesta. The raised pool area has sunbeds for all guests and a parasol to offer shade. There is ample seating areas and a large BBQ for that true holiday experience. The villa also offers a ping pong table for entertainment. Can Pansa is the ideal family villa not too far from the amenities and with easy access to the old town or beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. 3 Bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin) 2 full bathrooms TV and DVD player.
