We are delighted to offer this really nice brand new three bedroom villa situated amidst mature almond groves. Cuxach Nou is an impressive traditional and modern villa providing a spacious interior with a high standard of furnishings and fittings. The villa is just off the main road between Pollensa and Port Pollensa.
The main front door opens into a spacious and well furnished air conditioned living/dining room providing a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. It includes a six-seater dining table with chairs, a lovely chaise longue sofa, a large TV and DVD player.
The modern open plan fitted kitchen in red and white colourful tones has every conceivable extra, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, twin stainless steel sink units, electric oven, ceramic hob and many other kitchen utensils needed in a self catering holiday property. From the dining area a door opens onto the covered BBQ dining terrace and to the laundry area where the washing machine is located. One toilet with shower unit is also located in this part of the house. On this level there is also an attractive double bedroom with built in fitted wardrobes and bedside tables; there is also another full bathroom with bath on this level of the house.
From the lounge area, stairs lead up to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. There is a large and beautiful master bedroom with slope beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a large lime green en suite bathroom with a shower unit. There is another further twin bedroom with a sloping ceiling too and a full bathroom, en suite, with a white and orange colour scheme.
The magnificent crystal clear enticing swimming pool and tiled steps is surrounded by a lawn area and sun terraces, newly planted cypress trees around the pool and garden área and all around the villa are acres of land with mature almond trees providing a very natural countryside ambience.

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Von bisher drei Villen war es die einzige an der wir Abends noch draußen sitzen konnten ohne vor Mücken flüchten zu müssen. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe.

Die Kaffeemaschine hat so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert und die Dusche im WC am Waschraum war nicht nutzbar (wir hatten ja noch drei andere, also nicht schlimm), weil sie aus dem Abfluss gestunken hat (vermutlich wegen der seltenen Benutzung).
