The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, Dolçe Gusto, induction hob, all necessary kitchen utensils, and a blender, making cooking a pleasure. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for a hassle-free stay.
For those looking for a special corner to relax, the villa features a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for reading. Regarding the bedrooms, the house offers three rooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. Additionally, upon request, two extra rooms with private bathrooms, each with two single beds, can be made available, expanding the villa's capacity.
Designed with families in mind, the villa is fully equipped with a changing table, baby cots, high chairs, pool toys, baby monitor, bed rails, night light, and bottle sterilizer, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for young children.

The villa is located near the Tramuntana Mountains and charming villages such as Lloseta, Pollença, and Campanet. A must-see excursion is Ses Fonts Ufanes, a unique natural wonder on the island. In the neighboring town, Sa Pobla, you will find supermarkets, typical restaurants, and gas stations.
During the summer, the villa becomes a paradise for families and groups, as it is just 20 minutes by car from the stunning northern beaches, such as the famous Playa de Muro or Can Picafort, with their crystal-clear waters and fine sand.

Welcome to this beautiful villa with private pool and garden in Búger, in Majorca North, where 6 guests will find a beautiful and quiet spot for their vacation. The village of Búger is a small town, about 20 km from the beach of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to the villages of Sa Pobla or Inca with lots of restaurants, shops, gas stations and supermarkets. The West side of the island is amazing, with the Tramuntana mountains on the one and the sea on the other side. Visit Valldemossa, Caimari or Sóller or take a tour through the Caves of Campanet. During the low season, the area is nice for cycling and hiking. A car is necessary. Enjoy a late evening swim in the private pool, while waiting for the barbecue to be ready or just read a good book relaxing on the outdoor sofa at the porch. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the houses’ open kitchen including a dishwasher, gas cooker, kitchen utensils and an oven. There’s a small salon with chairs, air conditoining and a fireplace. Next to this room, the living area with cosy sofa, air conditioning, books and a TV with satellite channels. You can choose between 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, wardrobe or chest or drawers, one of them located at the attic storey. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second one with a shower, a hair dryer, a cot on request and a washing machine. To consider: Additional fee for the electricity consumption: 0.35 Eur / kW (payment on site on your day of departure, to the owner) There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season.
