Welcome to this charming finca located on the outskirts of the village of Algaida, in the heart of the south-central part of the island. This property offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway for up to 8 guests.

Algaida is in the south of the island, about 18 km from the beach of S'Arenal with many restaurants, nightlife and leisure possibilities. The golf course of Son Gual is about 10 minutes drive away while the capital Palma is about 20 minutes away by car. The south has many beautiful beaches, including Es Trenc, Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes and Cala Mondragó further east. The center of Algaida, a very small village, is about 10 minutes walk away and in the square you will find bars and a supermarket. A car is necessary.

As for the outdoors, you can enjoy a wide variety of amenities. Take a dip in the refreshing private chlorine pool, generously sized at 8x4 meters and with a depth ranging from 1 meter to 1.8 meters, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. In addition, the lush garden provides a serene setting for relaxation, while the 8 hammocks invite you to sunbathe or enjoy a siesta in the warm Mediterranean sun. For shady moments, an umbrella is available. An outdoor shower allows you to refresh yourself comfortably before or after a dip in the pool. What better way to end a perfect day than with a delicious barbecue? The mobile barbecue allows you to prepare succulent meals outdoors, while the 50m2 furnished porch and spacious terrace offer the perfect setting to enjoy outdoor moments with family and friends. In addition, the plot is completely fenced for privacy and security. Although parking is free on the street, please note that it is not private.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a cozy living room equipped with comfortable sofas and Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected during your stay. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and filter coffee maker, among other amenities. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience. On the second floor there is another living room with sofas and satellite TV. As for the accommodation, the finca has four bedrooms, all of them equipped with ceiling fan and closet or chest of drawers for your comfort. Three of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. The two full bathrooms with shower offer you everything you need, including hairdryer, so you can relax and refresh yourself comfortably during your stay.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. You’ll receive a link before arrival to register all guests.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night.

The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 3-7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
