Villa Vertent is located very close to Alcúdia. From the property you can enjoy incredible views to the mountains and the sea. It is located in a quiet and secluded area, which in turn, is well connected by the proximity to the town of Alcudia. It is able to accommodate 8 guests and 2 babies, in 4 double rooms with 3 complete bathrooms. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom, and another bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a covered barbecue area, with a table to enjoy the food and relax, with direct access to the chlorine pool with outdoor shower with hot water and jacuzzi. There is a ping pong table. There is enough space to park 3 cars. Chlorine pool. Air conditioning in the living-dining room for 2024 and in the bedrooms.
