Urlaub zu fünft als Familie. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen.
Hübsches Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht ( 2 Bäder, Spülmaschine, 2 Tische innen, 2 Gartentische, der auf der Verenda immer im Schatten). Sehr hübscher, sehr gepflegter Garten mit Palsee more

Hübsches Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht ( 2 Bäder, Spülmaschine, 2 Tische innen, 2 Gartentische, der auf der Verenda immer im Schatten). Sehr hübscher, sehr gepflegter Garten mit Palmen und voller Blütenpracht, wir waren oft auch einfach nur im hübschen Garten. Idyllischer Pool, mit flacher Liegestelle, aber auch groß genug zum Reinspringen und Hin- und Herschwimmen. Gartendusche. Wenn man durch's Tor auf die Straße tritt, sieht man das Meer. In die hübsche Altstadt kann man laufen. Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Parkplätze vor dem Haus gab es immer ( das Haus steht in einer Sackgasse einer kleinen, hübschen Wohnsiedlung). Freundliches Besitzerehepaar. Die Aircondition haben wir ab und zu angemacht, hat sehr gut gekühlt, unsere Stromrechnung waren letzlich zu 5. für eine Woche knapp 40 Euro. Empfehlung: Wanderung von Ermita La Victoria auf den Mirador Penya del Migdia und mit Badesachen entlang der Küste von Alcadana ab Playa ortsauswärts. Auch direkt vom Haus aus, kann man viel am Wasser entlang ( rechts haltend) bis zum Nachbarort auf kleinem Pfad (teils am Ufer, teils durch Pinien ) laufen, kleiner Sandstrand ist in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto: schöner, morgens nicht zu überlaufener Sandstrand : Playa del Muro, Sektion 3 ( Parkplatz ganz am Ortsende, Carrer Arenes). Im Supermarkt waren wir mit dem Auto: Eroski und Lidl in ca 3 bis 4 km Entfernung ( beides nah beieinander) |

Die Besitzer wohnen im Obergeschoss, dort hat man sie zwar nie gesehen, aber vielleicht hätte man mit Vorhängen vor den oberen Fenstern Richtung Garten weniger das Gefühl sich im Garten auf dem Präsentierteller zu befinden. Die angegebenen 170 qm schließen vermutlich die Verenda mit ein, das könnte man in der Beschreibung klarstellen, die Räume innen sind groß genug, aber nicht riesig. Mit dem vorhandenen Besteck muss man entweder doch von Hand spülen oder die Spülmaschine halbvoll laufen lassen. Da es exakt 6 Messer, 6 Gabeln hat, reicht das nicht ( wir waren zu fünft) für 2 Mahlzeiten. |

The other plus is the Majorcan interior patio with a contemporary edge with a second outdoor dining area and fantastic chill-out area. The living and dining area is also great: open to the terrace and sea with panoramic views, it has a charming TV area with comfy sofas, designer dining table, and at the back is the kitchen: designer furniture and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. La Calma has three elegant, light, spacious and comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) with access to the terrace; the second room has a 150 x 200cm double bed with access to the interior patio, and a twin bed room with two 90 x 200cm beds. The three bedrooms share two complete designer bathrooms, each with their own large showers. Great seafront apartment at only two steps from the sandy beach in one of the quietest residential areas of Alcúdia, overlooking the bay of Pollença and Cap Formentor. The spectacular sunset views from the large terrace and dining room will surprise you with romantic afternoons. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two storey villa. The ground floor belongs to another owner. The house counts with its' compulsory vacation rental license. This place is ideal for tranquility, long walks along the coast and enjoying the sea without crowds. The modernly furnished villa counts with 3 luminous double bedrooms (one with two single beds and en-suite shower room and two with a double bed) and another bathroom with shower for general use. The large independent kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and any other utensils you might need to prepare an excellent dinner during your stay. The comfortable living- and dining room with sea- and mountain view is fitted with a sofa and two big armchairs to enjoy a good movie or relax during the warmest hours of the day. From the living- and dining room you access the large, west-facing terrace to enjoy the sunset.
