It has three carefully decorated bedrooms: one with a double bed of 150 cm, and two others, with two single beds of 90 cm in each.
In addition, the villa is equipped with a high-speed fibre optic wifi connection, perfect for staying connected and entertained during your stay. Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms, ensuring comfort in every room of the house.
Outside, you can enjoy a welcoming environment with a sparkling swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a barbecue area along with garden furniture perfectly arranged to create unforgettable moments outdoors.
This villa offers a complete accommodation experience, fusing modern comforts such as high speed wifi and air conditioning with a relaxed and spacious atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.
Only the ground floor is rented, the upper floor is not rented and is unoccupied.

Wonderful house! Owners and agent are quick to respond and very helpful if there’s a questionan issue arises during the stay. We felt very at home and having the two separate floors ensured everyone had their own space (we were with 9 people including 3 children). Location wise was perfect for us. You can walk to the beach though with very hot weather this wasn’t done easily by the smaller children. Definitely need a car to be able to visit all the amazing places Mallorca has to offer! Plenty of parking in front of the house. The Mercadona in C’an Picafort is 10 min away and fantastic value for money to do your food shopping. Overall a great experience and would love to return sometime in the future!

That the pictures on Booking.com did not really reflect what was given, e.g. The pool size it looks bigger online, i was under the impression from the pictures and that when i was booking i was being told i had the entire property, but when i got thesee more

Beautiful stay for my mum's 50th birthday, just what we were looking for! Very peaceful and quiet, away from all the tourists yet close enough to the beautiful beaches and other towns by car. Would highly recommend for a chilled out stay with familya group of friends. A little bit disappointed about not having access to the whole building as expected and shown in pictures (balcony on top floor) and no proper explanation was given by the host.Aircon is only in the corridor and in the living room, so the bedrooms get stuffy especially for bed time. There is also notes in the house to remind you not to overuse the limit for the electricity as you may need to pay extra. The recycling was a little confusing and no bin bagsspecial bins were provided, however we bought our own bin bags and tried our best to follow the schedule for each rubish category. Overall a very pleasant stay for the whole family, thank you!

A very pleasant, comfortable apartment in quiet and peaceful town. It's clean, the kitchen equipment is ok, there is a washing machine and a dryer, comfortable swimming pool, air conditioning only in the corridor and in the living room.

Wir waren zu 7 in diesem tollen Haus. Man hat zwei identische Wohnungen zur Verfügung, die definitiv genug Platz bieten. Man kann oben unter dem Dach schön sitzen sowie unten. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt 5 Sonnenliegen und ganz vsee more
Wir waren zu 7 in diesem tollen Haus. Man hat zwei identische Wohnungen zur Verfügung, die definitiv genug Platz bieten. Man kann oben unter dem Dach schön sitzen sowie unten. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt 5 Sonnenliegen und ganz viele Stühle. Der Pool ist perfekt eingebunden aber hierbei ist zu beachten, dass dieser doch bis 2m Tief ist und man nur vorne an der Treppe stehen kann. Zum Meer sind es 5min. Hier gibt es vorne einen Strand, welcher große Steine hat und schwierig zum ins und aus dem Meer gehen ist. Geht man jedoch noch 10min weiter, kommt ein feiner Sandstrand mit Duschen sowie einem Restaurant. Der Bus fährt relativ unregelmäßig aber von can picafort kann man alles schnell erreichen und ein Taxi kostet höchstens 15€. In Serra Marina ist sonst eher wenig los aber gerade das ist sehr angenehm, da es sehr ruhig ist. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und das Anliegen wird direkt ernstgenommen und bearbeitet. Die Vermieter sowie die Eigentümer sind super freundlich. Alles in Allem waren es tolle 10 Tage und wir würden das Haus wieder nehmen.

C’est un endroit charmant proche des activités au nord La villa est divisé en deux maisons distincte avec tout en double (cuisine, salle de bain…) très pratique quand on est nombreux ! Attention aux moustiques tout de même la nuit mais à part ça on vous le recommande !
