A pretty, fully refurbished former fisherman’s house in the old part of Portocolom. This holiday rental accommodates up to 4 people.
The house is a one-storey building in old Portocolom accommodating 4 people. It was refurbished in 2015 and now has all the comforts of a modern dwelling, including air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi connection.
Entering the house we find a small living room with a comfortable sofa facing the TV. Crossing the living area we find a substantial kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine and kitchenware/utensils. The dining room has a table which seats 4 people. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. From the dining room we access the main bathroom which has a shower.
The house has a pretty interior patio, where you can enjoy meals al fresco with a sunshade for protection from the summer sun.
From the patio we can access a toilet with shower and also the other double room which also has access to the main bathroom. This room has twin beds and has views of the internal patio. From the patio we can also access the garage where there is a chimenea which can also be used as a barbecue. The stairs here lead to an upper terrace with views.

This lovely restored fisherman’s house has two double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Thanks to its prestigious at the seafront, it offers an unique view of the bay of Portocolom. The house has air conditioning, heating and WiFi connection. The property has two storeys. On the upper floor is the large living room with spectacular views of the sea and the entire bay of Portocolom. In the living room is a dining table for 4 people, a large sofa in front of the TV and large windows, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the dishes. Next to the living area there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a dining table which seats four people, a comfortable sofa, TV and large windows. The kitchen is located to one side of the living area and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and kitchenware. Next to the living aerea is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor is located below the main road and has direct access to a small dock right by the sea, one of the most photographed motifs and real trademark for this area of the island. On this floor is a another double bedroom with beautiful sea views and a bathroom with bath anda laundry. From the living room you can access the roof terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 comfortable sun loungers. This terrace has one of the best views in Portocolom and is ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the area and the spectacular views in the evening. The house is a pretty one-storey property which accommodates 6 people. It has air conditioning and Internet connection. Entering the house via the rear entrance we arrive in a small hallway leading to a dining room which has spectacular views of the garden, pool and Portocolom bay and the sea beyond. The dining room has a sofa, a 42 inch satellite television and a table where you can eat while taking in the lovely views. From the dining room we access the garden via the terrace. The kitchen, next to the dining room, is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kitchenware. There are three double bedrooms, one with double bed, access to the terrace and sea views. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with whirlpool bath. The external area of the house comprises an attractive private pool with excellent views of the golf course and sea. The terrace has hammocks and sunshades and there is also a garden with lawned area and indigenous plants, a covered veranda next to the house with tables and chairs and a fantastic barbecue so you can enjoy meals al fresco. The external part of the house also has private and secure parking for a number of vehicles.4 reviews
