Townhouse Pollensi is situated in the historic quarter of the Old Town of Pollensa. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the fabulous main square, with all its pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops on your door step. The property has been lovingly reformed by the owners, using the best quality materials: all the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. Charming Villa located very close to the emblematic town of Pollensa. It consists of living room and dining room are distributed on one floor with direct access to the terrace and garden, fully equipped and good size kitchen. All bedrooms have hot / cold air conditioners which, in line with local energy-saving initiatives, are scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. The villa also has a magnificent private pool and a large lawned garden. Wifi and outdoor ping pong. In front of the pool there is a large pergola that provides shade for the barbecue area and the outdoor dining area, which overlooks the gardens and mountains. The large lawn area is also ideal for a picnic or for children to play. The property is located very close to Pollensa, close to supermarkets and other services.
