Description
With views to Sierra de la Tramuntana and in a typical natural environment of Mallorca, this fantastic chalet with swimming pool is located just minutes from the town of Muro and with capacity for 8 persons.
In the countryside of the island, the rural town of Muro is located 45 kilometres northwest of Palma de Mallorca. This place is a great choice for those who want to enjoy the traditional Mallorcan life and at the same time being well connected with the most beautiful beaches of the north coast. We recommend to walk through its picturesque streets of the old town, admire its church, visit the Sunday market in the town square and taste its authentic traditional cuisine. In addition, Muro has various services, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, gas stations, etc. A car is necessary to access the town, visit Playas de Muro and the nearby cities such as Inca 13 kilometres away.
Surrounded by nature, this rustic-style chalet in the north Mallorca island is ideal to enjoy a few days of disconnection. The terrace has a barbecue and a porch to enjoy Mediterranean outdoor meals. The garden area has hammocks and a double Balinese bed to relax after a bath in the chlorine pool of 8 x 4 meters and a depth of 0.8 and 1.7 meters. Inside, we find a spacious room with living room with satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. The rustic-style kitchen is perfectly equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and various appliances and utensils necessary to enjoy cooking on your holidays. The house has four bright bedrooms and beautiful views of nature. Three of the rooms have a double bed and one room has 2 single beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer and a laundry area with washing machine, table and iron. If you travel with a baby, we provide a cot and a high chair at no additional cost.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.

Por mejorar algún aspecto, se podría adaptar la climatización para todo el año (uso de chimenea, más aires acondicionados o estufas en las habitaciones). Destacar también que la ubicación enviada por la agencia era incorrecta, tuvimos que contactar csee more

Destacar también que la ubicación enviada por la agencia era incorrecta, tuvimos que contactar con los propietarios porque estábamos dando vueltas por Muro hasta llegar a un terreno vacío. Menos mal que al final los propietarios fueron muy amables y nos guiaron hasta encontrar la casa.

Spacious, modern Townhouse with pool This modern townhouse is located next to the beautiful village of Muro. It has a living space of 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 people. The spacious living area is equipped with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and WiFi. There is a fully equipped kitchen available. Central heating is available throughout the house There is a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 with twin beds and 2 with double bed. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room.
