Pretty rural house near Felanitx dating back to the 1
Son Sole is more than 300 years old but it has all the comforts of a modern house. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the house sleeps up to 8 people.
We enter the house through a small area of oak trees leading to a large patio which also contains the parking zone. The external area of the house is very large. In front of the parking there is a garden with shrubs and flowers. Walking through the garden takes us to the pool which is surrounded by a relaxation area with 8 hammocks and 4 sunshades. Next to this there is a covered terrace with a table which seats 8 people. Next to the table there is a pretty garden with plants and trees typical to Majorca and a bathroom with shower. There is a further attractive arched patio area more than 200 years old which has a table for 8 people, ideal for meals al fresco.
The owners take care of the animals and the garden of the finca daily.
Entering the house we find a large living-dining room with pretty wooden beams and a combination of classic and modern furniture. On one side is the TV area and next to the kitchen is the dining area and staircase leading to the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and all necessary kitchenware. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, both with double bed and a bathroom with large bath.
The first floor has another living room which also acts as a corridor leading to the other two double bedrooms, which each have twin beds. There is also a bathroom with shower.

Ein großzügiges Anwesen, sehr schön im ländlichen Teil von Mallorca gelegen. Traditionell eingerichtet, mit fast allem, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Küche top ausgestattet, Betten bequem, Grill gut, Eßplatz draußen hübscht gestaltet, Pool see more
Ein großzügiges Anwesen, sehr schön im ländlichen Teil von Mallorca gelegen. Traditionell eingerichtet, mit fast allem, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Küche top ausgestattet, Betten bequem, Grill gut, Eßplatz draußen hübscht gestaltet, Pool mit Liegen und Schirmen sehr schön! Wir haben uns über die dort lebenden Katzen und Schildkröten gefreut und an das Gegacker der Hühner gewöhnt man sich auch mit der Zeit )

Bei der Beschreibung sollte unbedingt dazu, dass die Besitzer jeden Tag auf der Finca erscheinen, ihre Tiere füttern, ernten, fege, etc. So wurde unsere Privatsphäre nicht wirklich gewahrt. Und wir fahren extra nicht in ein Hotel, weil wir lieber füsee more

Und wir fahren extra nicht in ein Hotel, weil wir lieber für uns sind. Oder es ist eine Agricultura-Finca, dann ist das ja normal.
In den Zimmern sollten auch unbedingt Klimaanlagen eingebaut werden. Wir waren in der größten Hitze vor Ort und da bringen Ventilatoren leider keine Abkühlung, zumal zwei Zimmer unter dem Dach liegen. Die Sitzauflagen für die Gartenmöbel müssen dringend gereinigt werden, sie waren ziemlich schmutzig. Auch die Tischdecken sollten ausgetauscht werden, sie waren kaputt und dreckig. Alles in allem war der doch recht hohe Preis für diese Unterkunft nicht gerechtfertigt! |
