Set in pretty mallorcan countryside, this stone-clad bungalow property offers peace, privacy and a very high standard of accommodation. A short driveway leads to the house with side entrance under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. This lovely room has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and patio doors onto the anterior pool terrace. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, breakfast area and pantry. Separate laundry room with washing machine. From one end of the dining room is the air conditioned pretty master double bedroom with attractive en suite bathroom. A hallway leads from the dining area to a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent full family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool has steps into a shallow end for children and is set amongst spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property. There is an outside shower by the pool and a childrens play area with swing. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Vine covered pérgola and a barbecue complete the outside area furnished for living, relaxing and dining in comfort.

When you walk in the front door you are greeted with a superb interior, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are three generous bedrooms and three generous bathrooms.
The outside space (front and rear) is magic. The pool is wonderful and the space to play with children is amazing. For cooking the kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had in a villa. There is also a fantastic BBQ. A wonderful place to stay, feels like you are in the middle of nowhere (there are a number of villas in the vicinity), but you are a short drive from the beach, Pollence and lots of adventures. |

Really well stocked kitchen, which is great as we did lots of cooking and had all the cooking utensils that we needed. Location is great for Pollenca and trips to the beach in Puerto Pollenca. Kids loved the lime tree and amount of space around the villa to explore. Villa tastefully furnished, and was really clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Near the end of the holiday it was getting a bit dirty, and with no net for us to remove insects etc (be great if there was one!) meant we couldn´t help keep clean.

In dieser Finca gibt es eigentlich nichts zu verbessern. Uns hat die Finca unter anderem so gut gefallen weil alles schön sauber war. Falls irgendwann ein neuer Fernseher gekauft wird bitte einen smart TV...:-)

Die Finca ist super ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Man kann tagsüber am Pool relaxen, Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen bereit und abends gemütlich beisammen sitzen und grillen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Notfall Tel.Nr. vorhanden, es wurde sofort ein Mitarbeiter geschickt und nach einer halben Stunde war der Strom wieder da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca und Nordvillas nur weiterempfehlen.Danke für die gute Betreuung auch bei der Buchung! |

The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroomwith a double bed, and the other two with two single beds, has two bathrooms with shower. Villa La Torre is a traditional villa close to the old town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. The house is set within pretty gardens and features a partly secluded pool area. This is the ideal villa for a family holiday in a very quiet setting on the edge of a small forest yet only 3km from the town of Pollensa. The beaches and resort of Puerto Pollensa are only 10 minutes away by car. La Torre is decorated in the traditional style with many original features. There is a lounge with a large flat screen TV and DVD player and CD. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher and gives direct access to the dining area. There are 3 bedrooms in total all with air-conditioning. 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. There is also a shower room and a full bathroom. The covered terrace outside the house looks over to the pool and is the ideal place to sit and enjoy family meals al fresco. There is a good sized swimming pool, 8m x 4m, sunbeds, parasol and barbecue area.
