Description
Cal Xino is a beautiful secluded villa accessed along a winding driveway. There is ample parking at the property for a number of cars. The villa boasts a guest house, sauna, ping pong table and precious views towards the Tramuntana mountains.
The light and spacious main house has 2 bedrooms (one double, one with a bigger bed - 140cm and one single bed - 90cm), a large family bathroom, modern kitchen and spacious living area. There are unspoilt views of the Tramuntana mountains from the main house. The high ceilings, modern paintings and interior of the house give a Mediterranean feel to it. The sitting area leads on to the dining area with large table ideal for family meals, as well as a study area with views over the expansive gardens. The house has air conditioning, central heating, TV,DVD, Hifi, WiFi and a fireplace.
The kitchen has a small breakfast table and access out on to the pool/ barbecue terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 fridges, coffee machine, and plenty of cutlery and storage.
The main double bedroom has access out on to the pool terrace. The second bedroom features the fireplace and comfortable seating for when the room is not used as a bedroom. The large family bathroom has a sunken bath, walk-in shower and double sink.
The pool is located on the terrace of the main house. There are also two outdoor showers, as well as a sauna. Sauna is not included in the price and it is paid separately for the amount of electricity used. Here on the terrace there is also a large parasol and a dining table, as well as a barbecue. Table Tennis is also provided.
The guest house is accessed by the steps leading down from the main terrace. There is a kitchen/ living room area - with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and comfortable sofa here too. There is also access out on to a terrace with additional table and seating, offering stunning views.
From the living room you have access to the two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en-suite shower room. A (lockable) inter-connecting door leads into a twin bedroom with lounge area and en-suite shower room- it is possible to separate these rooms. The twin bedroom can also be accessed via its own entrance on the terrace.

Gorgeous drive past the fruit trees and vines leads onto a circular driveway and covered carport. We loved the ability to have so many private nooks to relax in and the pool was perfect. The landscaping and position of the house with views was Instagram gold!

The terrace has a solarium and a plunge pool which is fantastic for dipping in and out of. Can Colom is located one minutes drive from the beautiful town of Pollensa, 10 minutes from the turquoise waters of Cala San Vicente and only 12 minutes from the resort town of Port de Pollensa. The hub of social activity is around the centrally located swimming pool. Set in beautiful manicured gardens, the swimming pool is in full view from the surrounding terraces and garden offering parents peace of mind by being able to supervise young children who may be close to the swimming pool. Malagarba is a spacious villa with amazing views of the Puig de Maria mountain in Pollensa. This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a family holiday. The sweeping drive leads to the ample parking area to the rear of the property. Entering the house there is an abundance of light in the spacious living dining area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and internet connection. Leading on from this area is the large country style kitchen which is fully equipped and also offers a further dining area. Off to the side of the kitchen and with access to the exterior terraces there is a covered purpose built barbecue area. There are 4 bedrooms at Malagarba. There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. There are also two twin bedrooms which share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. The exterior of the villa is very well maintained with lawned area, sunbeds and large swimming pool. The covered terrace is a great place to enjoy al fresco dining and take shade from the heat.
