Description
Garrovera is a gorgeous holiday villa in the exclusive area of the Sierra de Tramontana, being in the town of Pollensa.
In the countryside, you will know how it feels what is living in an intimate, free, full of life and virgin space. A landscape surrounded by mountains full of vegetation.
The property is mostly built in sandstone, the native stone of the island and the preferred building material by the Mallorcans. The marés keeps the ideal temperature inside the home during night and day.
The first thing you fall in love with from the property is the magnificent double pool with a waterfall between them, and also the garden with chill out surrounded by the breathtaking mountain views as far as the eye can reach. Cypresses, pines, olive trees, palmettos, and carob trees are among the many plants surround the property.
An idyllic porch wrapped in vines along the front of the house welcomes us. Under it we see a table for eight ideal for eating in open air.
Find loungers and outdoor furniture all around the outside area and pool, and even a Balinese bed design in the chill out area.
Once inside the room we see that the construction of the house has hardwood beams views, and that is distributed with the furniture around the fireplace. The living room furniture consists of a comfortable, overstuffed sofa, a coffee table and two rocking chair, totally authentic vintage shutters and bright wooden and wrought iron windows.
Next to the living room we have the dinning room with rustic Majorcan style, decorated with authentic vintage furniture, like the chandelier or table for eight people and unique decor. It is also a bright and airy space.
The property has four bedrooms, two with comfortable double beds and two with two beds of 0.90x2m.
All of them are bright and spacious. One bedroom with double bed also has a terrace on the first floor with wonderful views of the mountains.

Super schönes Haus, mitten im Grünen zwischen vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Pflanzen. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit am schönen Pool verbracht, Pizza im steinofen gemacht oder nett zusammen gesessen. Der Service war auch immer schnell & freundlich. Wir ksee more

Cal Xino is a beautiful secluded villa accessed along a winding driveway. There is ample parking at the property for a number of cars. The villa boasts a guest house, sauna, ping pong table and precious views towards the Tramuntana mountains. The light and spacious main house has 2 bedrooms (one double, one with a bigger bed - 140cm and one single bed - 90cm), a large family bathroom, modern kitchen and spacious living area. There are unspoilt views of the Tramuntana mountains from the main house. The high ceilings, modern paintings and interior of the house give a Mediterranean feel to it. The sitting area leads on to the dining area with large table ideal for family meals, as well as a study area with views over the expansive gardens. The house has air conditioning, central heating, TV,DVD, Hifi, WiFi and a fireplace. The kitchen has a small breakfast table and access out on to the pool/ barbecue terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 fridges, coffee machine, and plenty of cutlery and storage. The main double bedroom has access out on to the pool terrace. The second bedroom features the fireplace and comfortable seating for when the room is not used as a bedroom. The large family bathroom has a sunken bath, walk-in shower and double sink. The pool is located on the terrace of the main house. There are also two outdoor showers, as well as a sauna. Sauna is not included in the price and it is paid separately for the amount of electricity used. Here on the terrace there is also a large parasol and a dining table, as well as a barbecue. Table Tennis is also provided. The guest house is accessed by the steps leading down from the main terrace. There is a kitchen/ living room area - with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and comfortable sofa here too. There is also access out on to a terrace with additional table and seating, offering stunning views. From the living room you have access to the two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en-suite shower room. A (lockable) inter-connecting door leads into a twin bedroom with lounge area and en-suite shower room- it is possible to separate these rooms. The twin bedroom can also be accessed via its own entrance on the terrace. Cal Xino is a beautiful villa in a quiet location with stunning views. This beautiful finca for 8 with mountain views will be your refuge this holiday. Surrounded by lawn, terrace and a pool where to bathe the hottest days and sunbathe. The outdoor area is sheltered by a porch, which gives shade to a wooden table with benches to eat as a family grilled meat or vegetables prepared in the BBQ. Accessing the interior of the house, we receive the living room, rustic style, with Sat TV and free WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and very spacious. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A holiday house in Pollensa very central and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle. (Tourist Licence ETV/695/13 Ca'n Verga)
