At only 2 km distance to the village of Petra you find this wonderful, Majorcan finca. In Petra you will find good restaurants, supermarkets and cosy cafés.
You can reach the house via an impressive driveway past metre-high palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The house has a friendly entrance area, from where you enter to the large living room with comfortable sofas near by the fireplace and a dining table with enough space for 8 people. Internet/WLan as well as a flat screen satellite TV, DVD and CD player are at your disposal and you enter the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a further dining table
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, one of which has a winter garden and the other has a spacious balcony with seating area. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and there is also another bathroom with tub. One floor up there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and shower en suite. From all rooms you have a spectacular view into the nature.
The terrace in front of the kitchen and the living room is covered and provides the necessary shade. Here you will also find a dining table with 8 chairs and a grill for the preparation of fresh, Mediterranean dishes. From here you have direct access to the large pool, where comfortable sun beds are available.
For families with small children: There is a gate to the pool and to the stairs downstairs.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it in this case it must be paid at the entrance to the house in cash. 2.20 per adult per day

Perfect location if you want to relax during your holidays.
House is very clean and very well equiped, it has everything you need.
There's no airco in the house but for us fans were enough.
We enjoyed the evenings in the terrace and the childresee more

Mooi huis in prachtige omgeving! aankomst verliep lastig, de sleutel bevond zich niet in het sleutelkastje en we moesten 40 min wachten tot iemand de sleutel kwam brengen.. voor de rest alles prima! Alleen jammer dat de schoonmaakkosten erg hoog zijnsee more
