Description
Modern house, with a rustic style, on the outskirts of the pretty village of Lloseta. Detached, private property but only 500 metres to the traditional Mallorcan village with all its amenities of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. The fantastic sandy beach with the blue waters of Playa de Muro is only a 20 minute drive away. The house accommodates 6 people, upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with bath/shower combined, the other with shower. A third bedroom, with double bed, is on the ground floor. There is also a complete bathroom on the ground floor, with a bath and a separate shower. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher etc. Comfortable lounge with TV and there is wifi internet. Outside there is a private pool 4,5 x 8,5m with a depth of 1m to 1.9m, a covered porch with chairs and tables for al fresco dining, a terraced area for sunbathing and a built in BBQ area. Also perfectly located for clients who enjoy mountain walking and cycling.

We liked the total property and enjoyed our stay in a very clean house. The patio offered us the possibility of being outside in the shade, as did the outside dining table.

Teflon frying pans were unusable due to the fact that the bottoms were ruined. They need replacement, but apart from that everything was very nice and complete.

Spectacular villa inside & out with fabulous spacious pool area. Loved the outdoor kitchen. Plenty of room for six to stay.
Car was useful for sightseeing and large supermarket trips but not essential as rail transport is great value from Llosetasee more

Car was useful for sightseeing and large supermarket trips but not essential as rail transport is great value from Lloseta station with ticket machines simple to use (Inca is only 6 mins by train). Location was perfect for us. Very peaceful, set back from the quiet road, yet less than 10 minutes stroll from traditional popular cafes, bars and shops in the village of Lloesta. Smaller Biniamar only 15 mins walk with a few bars & cafes. Both villages are off the usual package tour trail so prices are much better than the 'resort areas'. However be prepared to try speaking a bit of Spanish/Catalan with the locals - a little effort goes a long way & they really appreciate it. Service from Nord Villas prompt and efficient prior to our stay and we had no need to make contact during our holiday. Our family rated this holiday very highly and we'll definitely use Nord Villas on our next visit to Majorca. |
