Finca Ses Contesas, beautiful property located in Alcudia, in an 11.000 m² plot, which offers total privacy and comfort to the guests. The house is surrounded by magnificent gardens, terraces, private swimming pool of 10 x 10 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, ping pong table and beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains.
Make yourselves at home in this charming Majorcan character house, lovingly furnished, with beamed ceilings, wooden windows and natural stone clad walls.
The property has two houses. The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace, a dining room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bathroom. For the winter months there is central heating.
Next to the pool is the guest house for two people. It has a living-dining room, a bathroom with shower and on the upper floor a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm).
Located at 500m from the historical centre of Alcúdia, very close to all services, being able to access on foot to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, visit its beautiful streets, the bi-weekly market, the surrounding wall or the roman city of Pollentia. The beautiful beaches of Barcarès, San Joan and Sant Pere are only 2.5 km away, being very close to a total of 8 beaches.
- Eco-tax: €2.00 per person (from 16 years old) per night from May to October and €0.50 per person (from 16 years old) per night from November to April to be paid on arrival.
- Electricity cost: 0,40 € Kw/h according to consumption.
- Heating cost: 1.1 €/ l of diesel according to consumption.
- Deposit of 500 € to be paid on arrival. To be returned on departure.
- The client is not entitled to a refund once he/she has arrived at the finca.

This property is located in an idyllic location affording beautiful views across the open countryside to distant mountains. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes away from the long sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. The Alcanada Golf is also situated by a short drive from the villa Borges, as well as the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park, that is also nearby and well worth a visit for nature lovers, ornithologists and walking enthusiasts. Villa Borges offers a really comfortable family holiday home. The front covered terrace opens into the spacious living/dining room with sofa seating área with Satellite TV, dining area, original interior stone wall features and feature fireplace. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, etc. The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
