Porreres is a village with a long history and agricultural tradition, famous for its vineyards and for the production of high quality wine and has a typical Majorcan architecture, with cobbled streets and stone houses, which give it a unique charm. In addition, Porreres is famous for its Gothic style church, the church of San Juan Bautista, which dates back to the 14th century and is one of the most important monuments of the municipality. In Porreres, you can also find numerous wineries and oil mills, where high quality wines and oils are produced. The beach of Es Trenc is 25-30 minutes away by car.
This 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfortable and cozy accommodation during their vacations. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. The full kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy a home-cooked meal. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, making it easy to clean your clothes during your stay.
The full bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. The living room is a cozy space where you can relax after a long day at the beach or exploring the city. There is a satellite TV with foreign channels and free Wifi throughout the apartment.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
