The house is located on the second floor, with access by stairs and has heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The room includes everything you need, the living room, where you can enjoy satellite TV, the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and ceramic hob and all the appliances necessary for your stay, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, kettle. And a double bed (150x190). Properly separated from a bathroom with shower. There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and we have the necessary cribs and high chairs for the little ones' stay.
The apartment is located in the Lonja area, a short walk from countless points of interest in the city of Palma such as the Cathedral or the Port and surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants and multi-brand shops. One of the most charismatic and sought-after areas of the island both for its location and for its historical character.
In the center of Palma it is difficult to park, if you come by car we recommend using the parking lot which is 150 meters from the apartment.

Palma Congress Palace: 1.8 km.
Mallorca Town Hall: 600 meters.
Mallorca Cathedral: 400 meters.
