A few steps from the beach, this apartment for four guests at Playa de Muro, invite them to spend a holidays by the sand and the sea At one minute walking to the most beautiful beach of Mallorca, with fine sand, hammocks and parasol for rent. Good restaurants as Royal Beach and Fusión 19, as well as, a big supermarket at just 10-15 minutes walking from the apartment. Low season is the perfect time to cycling and hiking, visiting Alcudia’s old down town, and Lluc Monastery. In summer time it is recommendable going to Cap de Formentor and beaches from the north, such as Alcudia’s Port, Es Barcarés and Es Capellans. The apartment counts with a big balcony where to have breakfast when waking up, also huge windows that allowed natural light gets in each corner of the house. The living-dining room with cosy sofa, satellite TV and a dining table where you can spend a relaxing evening while enjoying a tasteful Mediterranean lunch, prepared in the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, microwave and basic kitchen utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, with two single beds each. There is access to the balcony from one of the bedrooms too. Our guests will enjoy free WiFi and air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer, as well as a washing machine and a cot / high chair under request. The building has a terrace with panoramic sea views, unfurnished and the access is shared with the community of neighbours. Please use the outdoor shower to wash off the sand before entering the apartment building. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged on site, it must be left on the table in the living room of the flat and will be collected. his payment is mandatory and it will be paid directly to the owner. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email. Welcome to this comfortable apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia, 25 metres from the beach and with space for 4-5 people. The apartment is ideal for cyclists as there is a garage to leave the bicycles. The modern apartment is only a few meters away from the fine sandy beach, restaurants and shops. The Miama Beach Club and the Royal Beach restaurant are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The bus station is on the other side of the street and you can go to the centre of Puerto de Alcudia or to the old town of Alcudia. The flea market in the picturesque village of Alcúdia takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. The Albufera nature park is ideal for cycling tours or a family picnic. It is also famous for its flora and fauna, especially the many species of birds that live there. A car is not necessary as all important services are close by. The apartment has a furnished terrace, where you can have an aperitif before dinner. The air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV invites you to spend a quiet evening watching a film. If you don't feel like going out to eat, there is a kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes. The equipment includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and toaster. Free WIFI is available throughout the flat and there is a washing machine and iron. To sleep in, you can choose between 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedroom with two single beds is air-conditioned and has access to the terrace. On request, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There is a shower downstairs in the common areas to wash the sand off your feet before entering the building. Please note: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. Payment is made by credit card before arrival. Electricity consumption is charged separately at 0.35 Eur /kW. On the day of your arrival, a photo of the meter will be taken and on the day of departure again to know the consumption. Both photos will be send to you. You can check your consumption at any time. The consumption is deducted from your credit card or deposit. Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old.
