Beautiful and cosy house in Muro

The house is located in the area of Muro, in the north of the island.

It has a capacity for 6 people.

Upon entering the house, you enter the living/dining room with open kitchen, which is fully equipped. From here you go to the covered terrace with cosy dining area.
Also on the ground floor, just 4 steps down, is a bedroom with double bed and a modern bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, there is a cosy cottage outside with another bedroom with 2 single beds (for those who want a little privacy).
The house is completely air-conditioned, also the garden house.

Enjoy the well-kept outdoor area with Mediterranean plants and refresh yourself at the 3x5 metre pool . There is also a barbecue ready for cosy evenings.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in the holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- Final cleaning 200€.
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, ID is required from all guests before entering the house.
