Toni Pons

Toni Pons is the founder and CEO of the company; his career is a true example of professional growth and strategic vision. He started his career as a receptionist in a local hotel, where he developed a passion for hospitality and customer service.

In 2013 he identified the growing vacation rental market and decided to turn his career around and founded FINCAS MALLORCA CHARME with the mission to redefine the accommodation experience, combining his knowledge in hospitality with a modern and digital approach.

During these years, in response to the growth of the company, he founded INMOCHARME, the real estate company dedicated to the sale and purchase of properties, and later, SA BUGADA, the laundry for the accommodation linen, with the commitment to always offer the best experience to guests.

He currently provides the team with open communication, trust and development of each of his employees and collaborators.

Toni is known for his focus on innovation, his commitment to customer satisfaction and his ability to inspire his team to reach new goals.

Almuth

This is Almuth, our experienced Vacation Rental Reservations Manager, Almuth joined the team from almost the very beginning and has since become a vital part of our team, showing off her vast experience in reservation management and customer service every day.

Originally from Germany, she not only handles our clients' bookings with excellence, but also specialises in looking after our German-speaking clientele. Her knowledge of the German language and culture allows us to connect in an authentic and direct way with this important market, providing a unique and high-quality experience.

Beth

She is Bet, she joins our team during the summer months to support us with administration and guest services, she has worked with us for several seasons and always stands out for her efficiency and commitment.

With a great ability to manage administrative tasks, Bet helps to keep the workflow organised and efficient, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, even in the busiest months. In addition, her excellent customer service and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively make her a key player in providing a quality experience for our guests.

Caterina

She is Caterina, responsible for the invoicing of the laundry department, ensuring that all accounting processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. Her attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks allows her to manage the invoicing workflows with great effectiveness.

In addition to her work in the laundry department, Caterina also supports the reservations department, assisting with reservation management and customer service.

Her proactive approach and ability to adapt quickly to the needs of the team has been a great help in maintaining coordination between the departments and ensuring a quality service to our guests.

Lena

She is Lena, who efficiently handles a variety of responsibilities, including administration, booking management, and billing review, as well as assisting with a variety of additional tasks.

She handles a variety of administrative tasks and is always ready to provide support wherever needed, be it customer service, document management, or coordination between different departments.

Lena is a very versatile person who knows how to adapt to day-to-day needs, has a proactive approach and her willingness to ‘do a bit of everything’ makes her a key support for the whole team.

Sara

This is Sara, she manages the accounting and finance department. Sara is a key member of our team, making sure that all the company's accounting operations are carried out accurately and on time.

Sara is responsible for coordinating and making payments to the owners, ensuring that each transaction is carried out transparently and without delay. Her meticulousness and commitment to accuracy ensures that all accounts are in order, strengthening the trust and relationship with our owner-partners.

Known for her work ethic, problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach, she is critical to the smooth running of our business.

Manel

This is Manel, our professional in charge of the inspection and technical maintenance of our accommodations. He plays an essential role in ensuring that each property meets the highest standards of quality and comfort for our guests.

Manel performs detailed and regular inspections of all our accommodations, verifying that each one is in perfect condition prior to guests' arrival, as well as acting as a technician handling maintenance and repair tasks when necessary. His technical troubleshooting skills and ability to make quick and effective repairs ensure that any issues are dealt with efficiently, minimising the impact on the guest experience.

Águeda

This is Àgueda. On her arrival she brought a touch of freshness and renewed energy to our office. We found her in the INMOCHARME team, her enthusiasm for learning and her energetic attitude have revitalised our approach to the market, driving us to explore new opportunities and continuously improve our services.

She is known for her excellent communication skills, empathy and ability to build strong client relationships.

Ana

This is Ana and she plays a key role in our team by managing the estate agents' diaries, posting listings and handling various tasks related to the sale and purchase of properties. Ana does an exceptional job, ensuring that every aspect of the transaction flows efficiently and accurately. With an uncanny ability to manage multiple schedules and adapt to last minute changes, Ana ensures that each day is planned to perfection.

His willingness to take on additional responsibilities and his ability to solve problems efficiently have been key to keeping the laundry running smoothly.

Mireia

This is Mireia, who joins our laundry team during the summer months and is responsible for assisting in all stages of the laundry process, ensuring that every garment is in perfect condition for our guests and external clients. Her quick adaptability and detailed approach have enabled us to handle the increased workload that the peak season brings more effectively.

Mireia is known for her positive energy and ability to work well in a team, always willing to collaborate and offer a helping hand to her colleagues.
